Sovereign Intelligence Platform

Decision advantage for the
sovereign African state.

One decision platform purpose-built for African intelligence services — calibrated for irregular threats, multi-lingual signals, and the operational tempo agencies on the continent actually face. Where generic intelligence tooling assumes dense networks and predictable adversaries, Prometheus assumes the opposite. We launch in Nigeria.

// Mission

Sovereignty is information advantage.

The world's leading intelligence platforms were engineered for a different war — fought from polished command centres against state adversaries with predictable order-of-battle, on continents where bandwidth is plentiful and adversaries publish doctrine.

Prometheus assumes the opposite. We engineer for degraded networks, irregular adversaries, signals collected in five languages, and the constitutional discipline that defines security work in a democracy. The result is not Palantir-for-Africa. It is a different platform, for a different doctrine.

Sovereign-hosted Constitutionally accountable Launching in Nigeria
// 01 — Platforms

Three platforms. One sovereign stack.

Three products, one sovereign stack. Each deployable independently or as an integrated suite — calibrated for the operational gradient from headquarters to the forward edge.
Prometheus Argus
ARGUS
Operational Intelligence

Prometheus Argus

Named for the hundred-eyed watcher of myth: a single decision surface that fuses SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT and OSINT into one operating picture. Calibrated for irregular threats, multi-lingual signals, and the rapid-tempo demands of joint task force command.

  • Real-time threat mapping (36 states + FCT)
  • Entity & link analysis
  • Multi-source data fusion
  • Field-team coordination
Prometheus Atlas
ATLAS
Data Integration

Prometheus Atlas

An ontology-driven data fabric that bears the weight of fragmented federal records — immigration manifests, financial flows, biometric registries, telecoms metadata — preserving provenance and access control end-to-end. Sovereign by design, auditable by default.

  • Federated agency data fabric
  • Ontology & lineage
  • Granular access controls
  • Auditable transformations
Prometheus Talos
TALOS
Sovereign Deployment

Prometheus Talos

The bronze guardian. Sovereign infrastructure tested across the operational gradient — from hardened command centres to forward operating bases, from satellite-linked outposts to forensic field kits. Air-gapped, classified-ready, and built to operate where networks fail.

  • Air-gapped deployments
  • Classified-ready posture
  • Edge & disconnected ops
  • Continuous compliance
// 02 — Agencies

Designed alongside the agencies who operate at the edge.

Prometheus is shaped by direct collaboration with operators in the North-East theatre, financial-crimes investigators tracing terror finance through Lagos, and counter-narcotics teams working maritime approaches from Apapa to Calabar.

Wilkinson Egwu — Founder & CEO, Prometheus Intelligence
Wilkinson Egwu
FOUNDER · CEO
3× · 1 PATENT

Founded by an entrepreneur with deep roots in criminal justice and technology.

A serial entrepreneur with a passion for justice — a 3× founder with a patent to his name, educated at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City — Wilkinson built Prometheus to give African states a sovereign intelligence platform on terms set on the continent, beginning in Abuja.

His academic foundation in law enforcement, paired with a builder's instinct for execution, uniquely positions him to do something rare: bridge the gap between technology and state defense.

// 05 — Investor

Building Africa's sovereign intelligence platform.

We are raising pre-seed capital to take Prometheus from working prototype to first paid pilot inside a Nigerian federal agency — our beachhead for a continental platform. The opportunity is a multi-billion-dollar federal security software market across sovereign Africa that no foreign incumbent has earned the right to address, and we are building the team to win it.

Note for prospective investors: this site is a working prototype. All operator-console data is synthetic. We have no signed pilots or MoUs yet. We will publish them when we do.

Prometheus — A Different Doctrine

A short, six-section investor brief on why the next sovereign intelligence platform will not be retrofitted from foreign tooling — and why Prometheus is positioned to build it.

  • 02Product architecture (Argus / Atlas / Talos)
  • 03Federal go-to-market (NCTC anchor + NIA/DSS expansion)
